Serious Crashes Reported On I-295

A pair of serious crashes was reported on Interstate 295, authorities said.

The first crash occurred at about 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25 on the southbound ramp to Exit 34 (Route 70) in Cherry Hill, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

There was a partial ramp closure, nj511.org reported.

The second crash occurred at about 2:50 p.m. southbound North of Exit 20 (Route 643) in West Deptford, the DOT said.

The left lane of three was closed.
